Version of 2026-10-19
Aerospace Community is a free, non-commercial site about aviation and aerospace, published by a private individual (see the legal notice). It offers a public catalogue (aircraft, engines, airfields, companies…), knowledge and tools, and, for members, a place to share flights, tracks, pictures, videos, documents and articles. Using the site means accepting these terms; the privacy policy says what is done with your data.
Signed-in members can report any page with Report this page at the bottom of the site; anyone can also use the contact form. Each report is read and answered promptly. Content that is illegal or breaks these terms is removed; in serious or repeated cases the account is suspended or closed. The member who reported it receives an acknowledgement, then the decision. The member whose content is removed is told by e-mail what was removed, why (the law or the section of these terms concerned) and how to contest it: through the contact form, which leads to a new review, or before the courts.
The site is run on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of availability or of the accuracy of the catalogue: check important information (performance, regulations, safety) at its source. The publisher is not responsible for what members publish, but acts promptly once told of illegal content.
Not for navigation or flight safety. Everything on the site (the catalogue, maps and tracks, tools and calculators, weather and atmosphere pages, knowledge pages, flight reports and members' articles) is for information and interest only. It is not an official source, may be incomplete or out of date, and must never be used to plan, prepare or conduct a flight, nor as flight training. For any flight, use the official aeronautical charts and publications (AIP, NOTAM), the official weather services and the documents of your aircraft or wing, and follow your instructor's and your training organisation's teaching.
These terms may change, for example when the site offers something new. The version date above changes; members are told and asked to accept the new version at their next visit.
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal step, please write through the contact form so that a solution can be found together.
